Tahoe Blue Estate is an 8,640 square foot spectacular home built on a bluff at the top of Kingsbury Grade. Tahoe Blue Estate offers a secluded getaway with phenomenal 360-degree views of beautiful Lake Tahoe from nearly every room that will take your breath away! Many rooms also have spectacular views of the Heavenly Ski resort along with hundreds of acres of forest.

The home includes 7 bedrooms (one of which is semi-private), 7.5 baths and plenty of room for entertaining. Enjoy the sunset over the lake in the beautiful indoor spa and sauna, or rack a game of pool and watch a movie in the recreational room!
