TWIG Premieres Sugar Bowl’s New Royal Gorge Scandinavian Tent

The Tahoe Wedding Industry Group (TWIG) gathered for a truly magical event at Sugar Bowl’s brand-new Royal Gorge Scandinavian Tent, a venue destined to become one of the most unique and beautiful settings for weddings and celebrations in Lake Tahoe. Nestled in the valley with stunning alpine views, this new venue offers a romantic and unforgettable backdrop for couples seeking a destination wedding  with the natural beauty of Tahoe.

We where graced with keynote presentation from globally renowned speaker Brian Green, who inspired everyone with his wisdom and insight with a talk focused around building better business boundaries. The event was also graced by the presence of Bridget Legnavsky, CEO of Sugar Bowl, who shared her vision and the inspiring strategy behind the build of this incredible new venue. Her leadership and passion for creating world-class experiences shone through, adding a deeper sense of meaning to the gathering. The Scandinavian Tent is not only a new chapter for Sugar Bowl, but also for the entire Tahoe wedding and events community.

Live Music – Michelle Erskine Entertainment, featuring Nick Eng brought live music to life through the bright sounds of Nick Eng, singer and guitarist.

Networking Facilitation – Renee Guay of My Higher Flow guided our group through meaningful networking moments, ensuring that every connection felt intentional and inspiring.

With the unveiling of Sugar Bowl’s Royal Gorge Scandinavian Tent, couples now have a stunning new option for their Tahoe destination wedding, one that blends alpine grandeur with world-class service and heartfelt detail.
